Conference "Stars of the Galaxy. A Midsummer Night's Dream"

"Stars of the Galaxy. A Midsummer Night's Dream" conference, organized by Elena Bulycheva, MD, was held in St. Petersburg on June 15-16, 2024. The event gathered leading specialists in the field of maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics, therapy and periodontology from all over the world.

At the conference, current issues in the treatment of patients with pathologies of the temporomandibular joints were raised and unique clinical cases were reviewed. Speakers presented their reports, shared advanced techniques and innovative approaches to treatment. In particular, the legal aspects of patient management were discussed, which is an integral part of modern medical practice.

Our speaker’s lecture “Secrets of successful teamwork between a pediatric dentist and an orthodontist. Prevention of complex orthodontic treatment in adulthood” deserves special attention. The lecture was presented by Kameneva Saida and Bulycheva Daria and followed by a practical lesson, which allowed the participants to apply the acquired knowledge in practice.
